Wiley Little, PE, is an urban designer, environmental engineer, and social scientist committed to creating sustainable and thriving communities. With a Master’s in City Design and Social Science, he brings a unique perspective to addressing complex urban and rural challenges. Wiley has a proven track record in delivering successful infrastructure projects and has a passion for fostering collaboration between government, businesses, and residents. His expertise in infrastructure development and capital improvement planning and funding, coupled with a deep understanding of social and economic factors, enables him to deliver innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for residents.

Mr. Little serves on the Monroe County Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Board of Directors and volunteers for the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative( RMAPI). Prior to joining CGR, he served as a civil engineer and planning associate for the MRB Group and a Lead Project Engineer for Wright-Pierce.
