Lewis County Emergency Medical Services Evaluation

CGR will assist Lewis County (NY) with a comprehensive study of the current state of EMS operations in the county to understand the strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. CGR will make actionable recommendations on how to improve EMS operations in the county, including identifying alternative service models and strategies that could better meet the needs of the county’s residents today and into the future. This engagement is anticipated to be completed in early 2026 with CGR providing a comprehensive assessment report and a presentation to County leadership. Lewis is the 10th county in New York to work with CGR on evaluating their EMS system.
