This website is designed to facilitate community engagement as the Village of South Nyack considers the issues surrounding dissolution. The Village and residents have only a short time to consider the numerous impacts because of the rapid timeline mandated by the state law (Article 17A). CGR will help the community look at all facets of reorganization, consolidation, dissolution, and shared services to develop a decision that is right for residents.

CGR is deeply familiar with the study process required by the Citizen’s Reorganization Empowerment Grant, the data and analysis required, as well as the necessary community engagement. Throughout the process, residents will be asked to provide feedback via the project website and at a public meetings during the study process.
