Meetings & Schedule

The Town, CGR, and the Steering Committee have been working on confirming details on the report and CGR is working on finalizing a draft of the full report based on feedback. A schedule outlining the remainder of this study process is shown below.

Project updated schedule:

• Draft of full report to be delivered to the Merger Steering Committee by end of July 2025
• CGR will incorporate feedback and make revisions to the report to have the reported finalized by the middle of August 2025
• CGR will make a presentation of the final report and its findings at the regular scheduled Town Selectboard meeting on September 8, 2025
