In 2023, The Town and Village of Leicester asked CGR to explore options for improving local fire service, including the possibility of merging the Village of Leicester Fire Department (“LFD”) and the Cuylerville Volunteer Fire Department (“CVFD”).

CGR is a non-profit Rochester-based consulting firm that has been working with local governments to improve their efficiency for over a century.
