About the study

• The Study

   

  The Town of Ossining and Village of Ossining are engaged in a discussion to determine how services can be delivered to their respective constituencies in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. The goal of this study is to inform decisions about the most effective way to govern and most cost-effective way to deliver municipal services in the future.

• The Committee

   

  This study of governance and service alternatives is being developed by a Steering Committee of Town and Village officials, with assistance from the Center for Governmental Research (CGR), a nonprofit management consulting organization with expertise in government management, public finance and municipal consolidation processes.
