The Steering Committee deeply values the community's interest in this project, and recognizes that public engagement is a vitally important part of this process. There are a number of ways you can stay informed throughout the effort:
- Sign-up for electronic notifications. This website will be regularly updated with information, reference documents and reports throughout the project. Sign up to stay informed.
- Attend public forums. The Steering Committee will be scheduling public meetings/hearings at specific points in the project to present information to the community and obtain comments/feedback. Meeting dates, times and locations will be posted on this page as they are scheduled.
- Submit comments or questions. All comments related to the Dissolution Plan received before June 9, 2018 will be shared with the Village Board for consideration before they adopt a final plan. Anyone can submit suggestions, feedback or questions at any time via email or by sending correspondence directly to the Steering Committee technical consultant at the following address:
