CGR hosted a discussion with evaluation experts, front line providers and community funders.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America has more than 400 local affiliates which strive to collect and use data as a tool to measure performance and drive improvements in program outcomes. As Director of Research and Evaluation for the national office, Keoki Hansen works with these affiliates to bridge research and practice. She provides a pragmatic view of the challenges and opportunities of using frontline information to fulfill an agency’s social mission. She joined the organization 10 years ago and previously was a college teacher and  consultant for both the Army and the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Cognitive Neuroscience.
