Wade Norwood is a key leader at the FLHSA and is currently spearheading the "Re-weaving the Safety Net in Rochester's Northeast Quadrant" project. He discussed community engagement in the context of addressing community needs.
Robert H. Thompson
President/CEO, The Monroe Plan for Medical Care
The Monroe Plan is a non-profit managed care organization of 4,000 health care providers in upstate NY. Mr. Thompson has also served as Deputy Director of the Health Systems Agency in NYC, and Executive V.P. of the Greater NY Hospital Association. He presented “The Rochester Case Study.”
Fran Weisberg
Executive Director, FLHSA
Prior to her current role, Fran Weisberg led Lifespan, leading the upstate organization that serves individuals 55 and older. She also created a statewide model to combat elder abuse and co-chaired a statewide elder abuse consortium. She discussed the future of health planning.
