Located in Orleans County, the Towns of Ridgeway and Shelby each incorporate a portion of the Village of Medina. The 3 municipalities successfully applied for NYS Local Government Efficiency grants to assess viable options for streamlining government. The Committee delivered its final report to the Village and Town Boards at a joint board meeting on May 31, 2011.
