Survey-based Analysis
CGR often incorporates surveys into projects, but for some projects the survey and CGR's analysis of resulting data are a project's core components. Examples include:
Multi-year Surveys & On-going Analyses of Findings – The Ruth A. Lawrence Regional Poison and Drug Information Center recently received a three-year grant to provide poison services for the Finger Lakes region. The center engaged CGR to evaluate, for each of the three years, customer satisfaction of the health departments, physicians and pre-schools it serves. CGR is conducting the satisfaction surveys, reporting on findings, and recommending service enhancements.

I needed demographic data to illustrate a service need. The data came complete with charts and graphs that were perfect for my grant proposal.

Status of Health Insurance – The Sullivan County Rural Health Network sought information on health insurance status in the county and engaged CGR to design a survey instrument, conduct a phone survey, and analyze findings. The random sample included 1,500 county residents.
Census Interpretation – CGR is frequently asked to interpret census data for clients. In 2006, for example, we compiled data on the socio-economics and demographics in Rochester neighborhoods where Generations Child and Elder Care was looking to add new child care center sites.
