CGR has conducted studies outside the state (e.g., Mass., N.J.) and in 2006 was involved in the following projects beyond NYS:

• CGR is a member of a consultant team helping the City of Gahanna, Ohio, craft its economic future.
• CGR worked with the UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities on a report on “master contracting” that was funded by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the California Endowment.
• CGR collaborated with the National Center for Mental Health and Juvenile Justice to learn how model programs serving juveniles with mental health issues are funded.
