The Plan
Funded by a New York State LGE grant, the Addison Central School District, the Village of Addison and Town of Addison are cooperatively exploring options to reduce costs and enhance efficiency in the areas of administrative facilities, fleet maintenance and fueling.

The Study Team
The effort is being led by a committee of representatives from the School District, Village and Town, with assistance from the Center for Governmental Research (CGR), a nonprofit consulting organization with expertise in government management.
