B.S. in Economics with Honors from the University of Utah

Background
Prior to joining CGR in 2008, Mr. Silva was employed by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics where he collected information for the Producer Price and International Price Indices. He was previously employed as a web programmer and has extensive knowledge of website and widget design and development.
