Expertise
Census data interpretation, data analysis, community indicators, surveys and analysis, Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Ms. Bell serves as a key resource to CGR directors and research staff on a variety of projects, ranging from web-based community profiles or cost-of-government projects to database design for government, business and nonprofit clients. She also serves as CGR’s in-house manager of technology, overseeing all purchases, installations and innovations. In addition, she is the key contact for the U.S. Census, since CGR is an affiliate data center for New York State.

Background
Ms. Bell joined CGR in July 2004. She was named Manager of Information Systems in 2008. Prior to joining CGR, she worked in technology-related positions in the Rochester NY area.
